The ultimate goal of the Riverton Art Festival is art education and to have art make a positive impact on our community.  The Riverton Art Festival is a forum for introducing established artists, new/upcoming artists, and their work to the youth of the surrounding community.  In conjunction with the efforts on our performance stage, the festival creates an atmosphere that invites creative interaction between artists and their patrons.  This encounter provokes deeper thought, a better understanding of art, and the importance it plays in our lives.  By presenting the visual and performing arts simultaneously, our event provides children and adults an opportunity to learn, be educated, and appreciate art through very emotional and expressive mediums.
